A proposal for engineering services to .complete design of the City Phase 11 Street <br />improvements has been received from Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. The attached <br />proposal itemizes the cost for Zeolite and Sapphire streets as described above. They also <br />itemized the cost of extending Civic Center Drive from Zeolite to Sapphire Street. The <br />remainder of the Phase II roadways improvements are not itemized at this time. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends authorizing preparation of a feasibility study by Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc for a cost not to exceed $3000.00. <br />Staff recommends authorization of the design of all of these improvements by Hakanson <br />Anderson Associates, Inc, with design fees not to exceed $105,500.00. <br />Action: <br />Motion to receive the attached petition from RTC LLC requesting construction of certain <br />Phase II improvements. <br />Motion to authorize design of the Phase H improvements by Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. in the amount of $105,500.00. <br />Motion to approve resolution authorizing preparation of a Feasibility Study for the City <br />Phase II Improvements. <br />Motion to approve resolution authorizing design of all City Phase II improvements. <br />Reviewed By: <br />Public Works Director <br />Assistant Public Works Director <br />CC: 11/09/04 <br />
