The <br />Heyings had originally requested a twenty-five (25) foot variance (resulting in a 15 foot front <br />yard setback). After an on-site meeting with Staff, they reconfigured the layout of the building <br />were able to reduce their request to a seven (7) foot variance (resulting in a 33 foot front yard <br />setback).
