resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting this <br />variance acknowledge that.not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br />Property to be subdivided.in the future. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall assist the fee owner of the existing driveway in maintaining the <br />driveway in a manner that will facilitate access by emergency vehicles, and this shall include <br />a minimum of a 12 foot wide Class 5 surface and maintaining a tree and vegetation clearance <br />of at least 5 feet on either side of the driveway. <br /> <br />6. The Permit-tee agrees that this variance shall be recorded inthe office of the Anoka County <br /> Recorder. <br /> <br />7.
