Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Watson, to continue this issue to <br />the next Board of Adjustment meeting with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the applicant obtain and submit to the City written permission from the property <br /> owner located at 8780 181st Avenue NW consenting to the grading for a distance of 35 <br /> feet north of that property's south property line where it is adjacent to the proposed <br /> excavation. <br />2) The Board of Adjustment is prone to adopt the standards established by WMO, if they do <br /> not exceed the 5:1 slope. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Watson, Johnson, Kociscak, <br />Reeve, and Sweet. Voting No: None.
