Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-07-167 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE <br />CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT 1002020 FOR RIVERDALE DRIVE EXTENSION <br />FROM TRAPROCK STREET TO RAMSEY BOULEVARD <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #16-20 <br />WHEREAS, to provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the <br />costs of the grading and bituminous surfacing construction and other associated construction to <br />be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 on Riverdale Drive Northwest <br />from 300 feet west of Traprock Street Northwest to 200 feet east of Ramsey Boulevard <br />Northwest within the corporate City limits under State Aid Project No. 199-115-003 and State <br />Project No. 0202-101 (T.H. 10=003). <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />Mn/DOT Cooperative Construction Agreement #1002020 and any amendments to the <br />Agreement on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
