No additional funding is required. If the attached agreement is not executed, the State cannot pay the City for the <br />State's share of of the project costs. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff and the City Attorney reviewed the attached agreement and recommend approving alternative # 1. <br />Though the City Attorney did have several comments they were relatively minor and should not delay execution of <br />the attached agreement.
