Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-07-176 <br />RESOLUTION A TREE CLEARING AND PRELIMINARY GRADING AGREEMENT <br />ON OUTLOT B, ALPHA DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC. hereafter referred to as "Developer", has requested tree clearing <br />and preliminary grading approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within North West 1A of the of the North <br />East 1/4 of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25 <br />-AND- <br />That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within North East 1A of the of the North <br />West 1/4 of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25 <br />(the Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received the first in a series of applications to <br />construct multiple industrial buildings on the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested advance approval of certain site preparation <br />activities in advance of full site plan approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants the request for tree clearing and preliminary <br />grading, contingent upon the following. <br />a. Approval by the Lower Rum River Watershed Organization <br />b. Acknowledgement of the need for compliance with applicable City Code <br />requirements including, but not limited to, stormwater management and tree <br />preservation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
