The <br />submittal consists 13 sheets prepared by Landform dated June 1, 2017. <br /> <br />We offer the following comments on these sheets: Italicized or bolded comments were included <br />in the previous review report and must be addressed. <br /> <br />General comments: <br /> <br /> <br />1.The plans need a legend on every sheet showing every line type and symbol used on that <br />sheet. The Symbols have not been added to the legend.
