Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> The public hearing was closed at 7:21 p.m. <br /> Council Business <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau stated that he is thankful that the business has remained for many <br /> years and he is looking forward to the probability that it will continue for quite some time. <br /> Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve an <br /> On-Sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. Intoxicating Liquor License for SM Enterprises Corp, d/b/a <br /> Penalty Box Grill. <br /> Motion carried. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 7.01: Consider Adopting Resolution #17-08-192 Granting Preliminary Plat Approval to <br /> Bunker Lake Industrial Park(Project#17-27); Case of PSD, LLC <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> approve the requested Preliminary Plat, contingent upon compliance with the Staff Review <br /> Letter. He noted that the proposed project appears to comply with the bulk standards of the City <br /> Code and the proposed use would be an asset to the community's growing employment base. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Williams, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #17-08-192 Granting Preliminary Plat Approval of Bunker Lake Industrial Park, contingent upon <br /> compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated July 27, 2017. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Kuzma, Williams, Johns, <br /> LeTourneau, Riley, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.02: Consider Approval of Final Home Designs for Vistas at North Commons; Case of <br /> Morning Sun Homes <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> authorize the attached models. <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau appreciated the presentation.
