Page 28 <br />Potential Community Partners <br />ACE Solid Waste. ACE Solid Waste is a solid waste hauler with a base located in Ramsey. The City and ACE <br />Solid Waste currently have a contract for curbside recycling for all residential customers. The revenue <br />source is an enterprise utility charge to all residential properties. The City is in discussions on extending <br />this contract. As part of that discussion, curbside organics recycling is being discussed as an option for our <br />residents.
