ORDINANCE #04-XX <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORI)[NANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND <br />VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The t'ollowing fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2005. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This orclinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br /> <br />Per S701. l 0(Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, Service <br />Charges and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in year 2005. This is known as <br />the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> The following permit fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2005. <br />SECTION 4.
