PC CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING EDA MEMBERS <br /> <br />By: Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The terms of the following Economic Development Authority (EDA) Commissioners <br />will expire December 31, 2004: Keith Kiefer, Jim Steffen and Chris Riley. Each <br />corem issioner was invited to reapply for an additional term and has submitted and <br />completed the attached questionnaire for consideration by the evaluation panel. <br /> <br />Thc City's Policy for Appointing Board and Commission Members grants the Chair and <br />Vice-Chair of the respective board or commission 1.5 votes each during an appointment <br />process. The Chair and Vice-Chair are seeking reappointment; therefore, the two <br />remaining members o f the EDA (Mr. Letoumeau and Mr. Gromberg) have been asked to <br />vote on thc question of whether each of the above-listed applicants for reappointment <br />should be reappointed.
