Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONSIDERING REAPPOINTMENT OF EDA MEMBERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Keith Kiefer, Mr. Jim Steffen and Mr. Chris Riley are currently <br />serving on the EDA and their terms will expire December 31, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Keith Kiefer, Mr. Jim Steffen and Mr. Chris Riley have <br />expressed an interest in being reappointed to terms that will expire December 31, 2008. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to <br /> <br />· reappoint/not reappoint Mr. Keith Kiefer to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2008. <br />· reappoint/not reappoint Mr. Jim Steffen to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2008. <br />· reappoint/not reappoint Mr. Chris Riley to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2008. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and thc following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 23''d day of November 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
