Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and City Staff recommend approval of the amended Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow for a building larger than 35,000 square feet in the TC-2 Zoning District. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt <br />Resolution #04-11- adopting Findings of Fact #__ relating to Ramdance LLC's request <br />ibr an amended Conditional Use Permit to construct a building larger than 35,000 square feet in <br />the TC-2 Zoning District. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to approve the <br />amended Condi'tional Use Permit for Ramdance, LLC pertaining to building size in the TC-2 <br />zoning district, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #04-11- . declaring terms of <br /> <br />same. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny the request for an amended Conditional Use Permit, based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
