negotiated with the successful responder. <br /> <br />The selection wilt be based on the following criteria at the stated percentages: <br /> <br />Orqanization and Experience (30%) <br />The panel will evaluate the capabilities of the contractor's organization to <br />effectively deliver the project. <br /> <br />Key Personnel experience on similar work (40%) <br />Resumes and other information related to the key personnel and their relevant <br />experience shall be provided as Appendix A- Resumes of Key personnel. <br /> <br />Work Scope (20%) <br />The proposal shall include a work scope with deliverables clearly defined and <br />a schedule with key milestones identified. <br /> <br />Schedule (10%) <br />Provide at the conceptual level, your understanding of and your approach to <br />successfully delivering the project by meeting or exceeding the projects <br />proposed schedule. <br /> <br />INTERVIEWS <br /> <br />If it is deemed necessary by the selection panel, interviews will take place within three <br />weeks of when the proposals are opened. The score for the interviews will be based on <br />communications skills, exhibits, and how well the candidate's answers directly address <br />the concerns posed in the questions. The evaluation of the factors above will also <br />consider information presented in the interview as well as in the proposals. <br /> <br />The selection panel will make their recommendation to the Ramsey City Council by ??, <br />2004. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to: <br /> <br />a. amend the RFP and to request new proposals if deemed in the best <br /> interests of the City; <br /> <br />b. reject any and all Proposals if deemed in the best interests of the City; <br /> <br />c. waive any irregularity in any Proposal if deemed in the best interests of <br /> the City; and <br /> <br />d. negotiate individually with one or more Proposers. <br /> <br /> <br />
