Assistant City Administrator Nelson explained the City does not have the right to sell the land for <br />another use. <br /> <br />Councihncmber Strommen noted there was an out-clause that the land must be used for public <br />purpose. <br /> <br />Ms. Badinger indicated a financial analysis report will be forwarded to the Council in <br />approximately one week. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated the analysis will incorporate deficiencies in the <br />current site, as the issues compromise the remodels. The analysis will be included in the weekly <br />update il' possible. She asked what kind of public process the Council envisions. She noted the <br />next step of the Plarming Commission is very preliminary. Staff anticipates the reaction will be <br />positive ill terms of the design of the building, but will create interest in the community. <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak requested the Council receive information on the impact on a $250,000 <br />home. <br /> <br />Mr. Baxley encouraged the Council to hold another open house session regarding the City Hall. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen requested the date for the open house be set prior to the Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />MAYOR.
