This <br />agreement included milestones covering the sequence of construction for improvements in the <br />project. The developer has submitted a petition requesting construction of certain Phase II <br />improvements adjacent to Ramsey Town Center 3~° Addition. The petitioned improvements are <br />Zeolite Street between Sunwood Drive and a temporary cul-de-sac on Civic Center Drive. There <br />are a number of items in the Master Development Agreement that have not been completed. This <br />authorization does not obligate the City to issue the bonds for the improvements, but it does not <br />preclude them from going forward with the final design and making sure all of their information <br />is up to date and current. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson advised this design work came into play not only with <br />just Shingobce, but also with the design of City Hall and the parking ramps, and the design of <br />Sapphire Street. He advised staff recommends authorizing preparation of a feasibility study by <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for a cost not to exceed $3,000.
