Ramsey agrees that Thurston and Fairoak Avenues are priority TH 10 projects. <br />The City of Anoka has actively pursued and obtained funding for improvements; however, considerable funding <br />must still be secured. The City of Anoka has submitted grant applications to various federal, state and local <br />transportation programs, such as Minnesota Highway Freight Program (MNFP), Transportation Economic <br />Development (TED), Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER), Infrastructure for <br />Rebuilding America (INFRA), Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP), MnDOT Corridors of Commerce, and <br />others.
