The LRRWMO requires that the project infiltrate the first one (1) inch of rainfall in order to reduce runoff entering the stormwater system. However, the project is located within a ten (10) year capture zone for a public water supply well that does not allow infiltration. The project must contribute to a regional system. Based on the amount of impervious surface, the PERMITTEE is responsible for a payment $150,000.00
