The following changes are, by the issuance of this Addendum, made a part of the Contract Documents for the project referenced above, as if originally contained therein. Execution of the acknowledgment on the bid form shall be the bidder's acceptance of the conditions set forth herein. 1.2 ACKNOWLEDGMENT: 1. This addendum shall be acknowledged on the submitted bid form. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the bid. 1.3 PROJECT MANUAL: 1. REPLACE Bidding Schedule PAGES 00410-4-5 of Section 00410 — Bid Form, with the attached Bidding Schedule. 2. REPLACE Paragraph 4.02 of Section 00520 — Agreement, Article 4 — Contract Times with the following text: "4.02 Contract Times: Dates: (A) The following work shall be Substantially Complete by December 22, 2017 1. Trunk watermain fully tested, approved and operational, 2. Gravity trunk sanitary sewer main fully tested, approved and operational, 3. Sanitary sewer forcemain fully tested, approved and operational, 4. Sanitary sewer lift station structure, including valve vault (including all fittings) fully tested, approved and operational, 5. Temporary pumping system fully operational. 6. Site features related to the lift station, including concrete pads and access drives. 7. Roadways restored to conditions shown in plans, 8. Turf restoration. (B) All remaining items shall be Substantially Complete by April 1, 2018 (C) All work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before June 1, 2018." 3. ADD the following text to Paragraph D Manhole Coating, Section 2621.2 Materials: "The Raven 405 System is an approved alternative. Raven 760 High Performance Polymer Concrete and Raven 405 Fiber Reinforced Structural Epoxy applied at the manufacturers recommended thickness." 4. ADD the following text to Paragraph 3.4 Basis of Payement of Section 11311- Submersible Wastewater Lift Station: "B. The City anticipates the need for the lift station to be fully operational by December 22, 2017. The City also understands that certain components of the permanent system may not be available due to time associated with fabrication and delivery. The Contractor shall include a price for Temporary Pumping System on the Bid Form. The temporary pumping system shall be fully operational, with the capacity and head requirements as City of Ramsey - R16.114473 2017 Puma Street Utility Improvements ADDENDUM PAGE 00910-1
