Removal of irrigation piping <br />M. Removal of all other miscellaneous site improvements as necessary <br />N. Removal of storm sewer pipe <br />PART 2-PRODUCTS (NOT USED) <br />PART 3-EXECUTION <br />3.01 DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS <br />A. The buildings to be removed are shown on the figures contained in these Contract Documents. The buildings <br />may be demolished prior to removal. <br />B. Building demolition and removal includes all internal and external components, footings, stoops, piping, pump <br />canopy footings, electrical, conduits and other materials as necessary to completely remove the buildings and <br />all related site improvements. <br />C. The Pre -Demolition Hazardous Building Materials Inspection Report included in the attachments identified <br />materials containing regulated waste. The Contractor shall remove and property dispose of all regulated <br />waste in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. <br />Division 2 — Existing Conditions <br />DV2-1 <br />
