Recommendations <br />The following recommendations are based on the results of this assessment, as well as the known history <br />of the Site which was reviewed as part of this assessment. <br />■ Prepare a Construction Contingency Plan (CCP) that provides a plan to evaluate and manage <br />environmental issues that may arise during redevelopment of the Site. The CCP should <br />include procedures for the management of non -petroleum and petroleum -contaminated soil <br />and/or groundwater that may be encountered during redevelopment. <br />■ Prior to significant redevelopment -related earthwork activities, conduct a test pit <br />investigation of proposed cut areas to verify the presence/absence of debris or other <br />contaminants. <br />I. Assessment Limitations <br />The analyses and conclusions submitted in this report are based on field observations and the results of <br />laboratory analyses of soil samples, groundwater samples, and soil vapor samples collected from the soil <br />borings and soil vapor probes completed for this project. <br />In performing its services, Braun Intertec used that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised under <br />similar circumstances by reputable members of its profession currently practicing in the same locality.
