The landscaping plan will need to be revised to reflect the comments outlined in the City Staff <br />review letter. <br /> <br />The site plan is proposing to gain access from Xkirno Street. The site plan is showing a concept <br />plan for future office development on Outlot A. Staff did not complete an ot'ficiai review of the <br />future project, however an access is being conceptually proposed in close proximately to 147 <br />Avenue. Stat'±' relayed to the applicant that access points along Xkimo Street need to be limited. <br />Staff is recommencting that a maximum of two access points be permitted along Xkimo Street <br />between 147 Avenue and 147d Avenue; one of the accesses should be located directly across <br />ii'om 143rd Avenue. The applicant may want to take this into consideration when designing furore <br />commercial phases. <br /> <br />Recommendation' <br /> <br />City Staff recommends site plan approval comingent 'dpon compliance with City.
