CASE <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br />CONSIDER ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 9.11 <br />(PERFORMANCE STANDARDS) OF CITY CODE; <br />CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Amy Geisler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Over [he Past year, the City has experienced an increase in the number of temporary sales offices <br />and construction offices being located in new subdivisions. Currently there are no performance <br />standards in C,i[v Code for these types of structures. Based on this increase in activity, Staff is <br />bringing fbrward proposed language to establish standards for model homes, temporary sales <br />offices, and construction trailers/field offices. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposeci code amendment would establish minimum standards for model homes, temporary <br />sales o["l'lces, and construction trailers/field offices, including location within the project site, <br />lengdq o~' time permitted on the site, and minimum parking requirements.
