The only advice the City should be giving would be to check -out <br />Roberts' Rules from the local library. Communication skills I would leave to the <br />Chair to hold down, or encourage commissioners to act. Now, regarding <br />becoming more knowledgable about city engineering, invasive plants, finances.. <br />I would use resources for staff development and again, point the commission <br />members to the library and Internet. <br />3 They used to provide outside seminars and probably still do.
