The existing zoning is I-1 Industrial District and the proposed zoning is R-1U <br />Urban Residential District. The property is generally located on the South 770 feet of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota.
