CASE # 1 <br /> <br /> REQUEST TO REZONE OUTLOT D, NORTHFORK <br />FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO RURAL BUSINESS; <br />CASE OF LINDA OBRYCKI AND DENNIS PECK <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Linda Obrycki is in the process of purchasing Outlot D, Northfork from North Fork, Inc. The <br />subject property is approximately 7 acres in size and Linda Obrycki is currently utilizing the <br />existing building on the property for retail sales of educational and collectible toys and art supplies. <br />The subject property is currently zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) as it was platted in <br />conjunction with the Northfork PUD. Documents relating to the Northfork PUD refer to the <br />outlots being developed generally with commercial uses. However, the property will no longer be <br />associated with the Northfork PUD and Linda has requested rezoning the property to Rural <br />Business to clarify permitted uses on the property.
