Observations: <br /> <br />On March 19, 1991, the City of Ramsey received an application for a conditional use permit and <br />site plan review from Lord of Life Church for a new church facility to be located on PIN 25-32-25- <br />23-0004. <br /> <br />On March 27, 1991, Pastor Anderson verbally requested that the Zoning Adminisu'ator amend the <br />application for a conditional use permit to a rezoning of PIN 25-32-25-23-0004 to R-3 Urban. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Some options for consideration include forwarding the site plan to City Council with contingencies <br />or table action until the regular Planning and Zoning meeting in May pending receipt of reports <br />from other agencies and action on the request for rezoning. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council grant site plan approval to the new Lord of Life Church <br />facility proposed on PIN 25-32-25-23-0004 contingent upon receipt of favorable reviews <br />by DNR, LRRWMO, Anoka County and approval of the rezoning. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Table action on the site plan for the new Lord of Life Church until the next regular meeting <br />for the purpose of processing the site plan coincidental with the rezoning and reviewing <br />transmittals from DNR, LRRWMO and Anoka County. <br /> <br />~or- <br /> <br />Action will be based on your discussion. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />P&Z: 4/2/91 <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br /> <br />
