CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF SIBBEL ADDITION, <br />A MINOR SUBDIVISION; CASE OF WERNER SIBBEL <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Wemer Sibbel is requesting a minor plat subdivision to realign lot lines on 4 existing lots <br />located on the north side of 155th Avenue N.W., west of Ramsey Blvd. N.W. The subject <br />property is approximately 38 acres in size. Mr. Sibbel also owns and resides on the 40 acre parcel <br />to the north. Mr. Sibbel is proposing to continue to access his home on the north 40 parcel across <br />the southern 38 acres, through Lot 1 of the proposed Sibbel Addition. Mr. Sibbel's son has a <br />home on what would be Lot 2; Lots 1, 3 and 4 are vacant. Lot 1 would need a wu'lance to the 200 <br />foot street frontage requirement.
