Observations: On February 27, 1991, Ramsey Center Partnership applied for sketch plan review of River's Bend 3rd Addition. On March 5, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended proceeding to preliminary plat. On May 17, 1991, the City of Ramsey received a revised sketch plan for River's Bend 3rd Addition, which was at that time proposed to be renamed to River's Bend West. On June 4, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the revised sketch plan. On July 22, 1991, the City of Ramsey received another revision to the sketch plan. The plat was also changed back to River's Bend 3rd Addition. On August 6, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the revised sketch plan and recommended proceeding to preliminary plat. On September 9, 1991, the City of Ramsey received the developers proposal for preliminary plat of River's Bend 3rd Addition. Recommendation: If the Commission finds the plat acceptable, then they should recommend City Council approval of the preliminary plat contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter, and possibly requiring a landscaping plan to be submitted with the request for f'mal plat approval. Commission Action: Motion to: Recommend that City Council approve/deny the proposed preliminary plat for River's Bend 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated September 12, 1991 and requiring a landscaping plan to be submitted at the time final plat approval is requested.
