CASE <br /> <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 (SIGNS) OF THE <br /> RAMSEY CITY CODE <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, a~your last regular meeting the Commission consensus was that the proposed sign <br />ordinance hod Been sufficiently reworked to address concerns raised at the public hearing in <br />January. Tlie Commission consensus was to schedule another public hearing regarding the <br />proposed sigi~ o~dinance, prior to passing it onto City Council for adoption, because of the number <br />of changes tl:/at v~ere made to it since the hearing in January. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Enclosed for ~yo~ review is a copy of the proposed sign ordinance. <br />Recommendation: <br />City Staff recommends that the proposed sign ordinance be forwarded to City Council for <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> CommiSsion Action: <br /> <br /> MO~On t0: <br /> Reco~t~a~gnd/not recommend that City Council adopt the proposed ordinance to amend <br /> ChaPter 9, of the Ramsey City Code regarding signs. <br /> <br />Review Checldist~ <br />P&Z: 4/6/92 <br /> <br />Zoning Adminisu'ator <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br /> <br />
