CASE # 5 <br /> <br /> PROJECT STATUS REPORT <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Earlier this year, Commissioner Deemer had requested that the Commission be provided with some <br />kind of monthly status report regarding items brought before the Commission and additional tasks <br />resulting from meeting discussions. Enclosed for your information is a sample of the status report <br />that staff is proposing to enclose in your monthly agendas. <br /> <br />Years ago, .staff devised what we call a 'staff direction' report. The day following a meeting, the <br />recording se.~., rettwy types up a staff direction report which itemizes all of the tasks that staff must <br />accomplish as a. result of the meeting, including issues that were not on the agenda. This staff <br />direction report:was developed as a way to prevent certain tasks and directions from 'falling <br />through the craoks'.
