By a mil~or subdivision, the developer is seeking to replat these four lots into three, thereby <br />increasing their size and making them more appealing to prospective home buyers. <br /> <br />The subdivision also includes an outlot adjacent to 153rd Avenue N.W. The developer proposes <br />to professionhll3~ landscape this outlot to provide for an aesthetically pleasing entrance to the <br />residential portion of the Northfork Links. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Naturally, in ~'edlacing the number of lots from 4 to 3, substandard size is not a concern. The lots <br />will continue !o .receive access from Andrie Street N.W.
