ThC availability of municipal water and sanitary sewer resulting from the development of <br />Ramsey Meadows to the east of the subject property has prompted Mr. Bona to subdivide his <br />property into four (4) single family urban residential lots. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Sketch Plan <br />City Staff review letter dated December 28, 1992 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />All four of the lots meet the minimum dimension and area requirements for the Urban Residential <br />District. All four of the lots will access onto 149th Lane N.W. which will be improved to City <br />standards. <br /> <br />Park dedication will consist of a cash payment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the sketch plan as presented. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve the sketch plan and recommend that City Council grant final plat approval to Bona <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator' <br />City Engineer <br />Zoning Administrator <br />Parks/Utilities Coordinator <br /> <br />P&Z: 1/5/93 <br /> <br /> <br />
