REVIEW MODIFIED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br /> FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND <br />TAX INCREMENT AND FINANCING PLAN FOR <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2 <br />By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br />and Jim Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City is proposing the modification of the Development Program and Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan for Development District No. 1; Tax Increment Financing District No. 2. The proposed <br />modifications are for site improvements for the Sunfish Square subdivision and utility system <br />improvements in Development District No. 1. <br /> <br />State statute requires that the Planning & Zoning Commission find that the modifications are <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. As you are aware, preliminary plat approval for Sunfish <br />Square was recommended on October 5, 1993 by the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the Proposed Modified Plan for Development District <br />No. 1, Tax Increment District No. 2. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends the Ramsey Planning Commission find that the modified Development <br />Program for Development District No. 1 and the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 2 is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion that the Ramsey Planning Commission has found that the modified Development Program <br />for Development District No. 1 and the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 2 is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Project Manager <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />PC: 03/03/94 <br /> <br /> <br />
