They would like to establish and operate a one-chair beauty salon <br />operation in their home. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br />e) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Site plan <br />Floor plan <br />Proposed findings of fact <br />Proposed conditional use permit <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City's regulations for home occupations, the area devoted to the business <br />would not exceed 20% of the total floor area of the home. The employees would be restricted to <br />the residents of the home. The driveway is large enough to provide a sufficient amount of off- <br />street parking for a one-chair operation. <br /> <br />Also in accordance with Section 9.11.04 (Home Occupations) of the Ramsey City Code, if <br />granted, the permit would not be transferrable from person to person or property to property. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the request. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council adopt Resolution g94-05- adopting Findings of Fact <br />#__ relating to a request for a home occupation permit at 17310 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council adopt Resolution #94-05-__ approving the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit for a home occupation at 17310 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />PC: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator <br />5/3/94 <br /> <br /> <br />
