CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY FROM INDUSTRIAL TO R-I URBAN <br />RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL (MR) AND B-2 BUSINESS; <br />CASE OF NORTH SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT COMAPNY, INC. <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Jack Menkveld of North Suburban Development has recently received final plat approval of <br />Sunfish Square. The plat consists of. 69 single family residential lots, and as noted throughout the <br />platting process, 8.7 acres of multiple residential units and 1 acre of commercial. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The property is currently zoned Industrial and the rezoning to single family, multiple residential <br />and commercial is necessary to facilitate the approved plat. The Multiple Residential designation <br />allows up to 15 units per acre.
