The City has received a lot of complaints about the <br />property. <br />He would request the Cotmcilmembers to forward to him any comments in regards to <br />desired changes in meetings or procedures for next year. <br /> <br />3) Discussion of Ordinance for Sewer and Water Hook Up <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig requested a work session to discuss the ordinance that speaks to <br />mandatory hook up for sewer and water. He indicated he has received many calls on this subject <br />due to the new feasibility study for sewer and Water.
