He stated he has a <br />concern about the three-foot setback, as there will be problems with maintaining the area on the <br />other side of the fence. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated horses reach under the fence and eat the grass. He thinks the setback is <br />good so a person can get on both sides to maintain the fence without trespassing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to introduce an <br />ordinance to amend the R-1 Residential District regulations. <br /> <br />Motion can'ied.
