Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to contingently approve <br />the I~nal site plan for the Gateway Retail Building in the proposed plat of Ramsey Town Center <br />3'.0 Addition. Final approval shall not be considered granted until the completion of the <br />following: (a) compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated October 7, 2004; (b) final plat <br />approval of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; (c) the Developer entering into a development <br />contract with the City; (d) Best Management Practices that each site needs to use within the <br />Town Ccnter as a condition of the AUAR mitigation element will be based on approval by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Elvig, Cook, Kurak, <br />Strommcn, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #11: <br /> <br />Request for Final Site Plan Review of Town Center 3rd Addition, Corner <br />Retail Building; Case of Ramdance, LLC <br /> <br />Commu,fity Development Director Frolik indicated Ramdance, LLC has submitted a site plan for <br />approval fbr the development of a comer retail building on Outlot I of Ramsey Town Center, <br />proposed to be replatted as Ramsey Town Center 3''a Addition. The Landscape Plan reflects that <br />therc will be benches and planters on the Sunwood Drive, Zeolite Street and parking lot sides of <br />the building. It is staff's understanding that waste storage for the comer retail building will be <br />accommodated indoors. The selected materials include EiFS integrally treated with color, split <br />face CMU block, precast concrete, brick veneer, pre-finished metal accents and awnings. Staff <br />recommends approval of this final site plan with the revised motion that has been presented to <br />thc Council. <br /> <br />Councihnember Strommen asked if the same contingency related to AUAR requirements added <br />by Assistant Public Works Director Olson to the previous case should be added to this case. <br /> <br />Assistant P ubli c Works Director Olson responded in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to contingently approve <br />the site plan for the Corner Retail Building in the proposed plat of Ramsey Town Center 3''d <br />Addition. Final approval shall not be considered granted until the completion of the following: <br />(a) compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated October 7, 2004; (b) final plat approval of <br />Ramsey Town Center 3''a Addition; (c) the Developer entering into a development contract with <br />the City; (d) Best Management Practices that each site needs to use within the Town Center as a <br />condition of the AUAR mitigation element will be based on approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
