One way that DEED extends research and analysis is through public <br />presentations. Our experts deliver over 100 seminars, panel presentations, breakout sessions, briefings, <br />and trainings per year. <br /> <br />Examples of recent audiences addressed by our experts include: local Workforce Investment Board <br />meetings, labor market economics and job-search courses at local colleges and libraries, meetings of <br />regional human resource professionals associations, "economic summits" in several regions, local <br />chamber of commerce events, and conferences convened by employment counselor associations, <br />workforce development agencies, and regional foundations. <br /> <br />DEED typically provides speakers pro bono for events that are open-to-the-public or organized by <br />partners in Minnesota's workforce development and education systems.
