In each quote, the owner will be required to <br />provide a cable pathway from below the tables to the display/projector locations. <br />All Tierney warranties have been removed from this proposal as a larger building plan is being <br />considered. Included in this proposal are 90 day installation warranties for all rooms. <br />B - Itasca Room <br />Tierney shall provide new HDMI wall plates at two locations. Each will be next to the existing <br />VGA/Audio wall plates. The cabling will be run to the equipment closet where a new HDMI <br />switcher will be installed. The inputs to the new switcher will be the HDMI from the new wall <br />plates and the input from a new Barco ClickShare device with two USB "Buttons". This will allow <br />users to connect to the display wirelessly. A tray has been included for the owner to place the <br />buttons when not in use. The audio out from the new switcher will be connected to the <br />existing amplifier in the room. <br />A new Extron button panel will be installed in the wall. The button panel will control: <br />• System on/off <br />• Source Selection <br />o HDMI1 <br />o HDMI2 <br />o ClickShare <br />o VGA 1 <br />o VGA2 <br />
