Christmas Day <br />Eight Hour Floating Holiday (to be used Jan 1 to Dec. 31) <br />EMPLOYEES are entitled to time -off with full pay on holidays. EMPLOYEES shall follow the EMPLOYER'S depaitinent policies regarding <br />take-home vehicle use. Any changes to these policies will be negotiated. <br />ARTICLE 17: SAVINGS CLAUSE <br />17.1 This Agreement is subject to the laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota and <br />the City of Ramsey.
