Chameleon Street 460-feet north of 163rd Lane, which is near the location of the bituminous <br />flume taking water into the low area east of Chameleon Street. <br />3.2 Watermain <br />Watermain does not exist on site. <br />3.3 Sanitary Sewer <br />Sanitary sewer does not exist on site. <br />3.4 Storm Sewer/Drainage <br />The storm sewer system consists of a catch basin at the intersection of 163rd Street and Alpaca, a <br />bituminous flume between 16420 and 16450 Alpaca Street, a bituminous flume at 16427 <br />Chameleon Street, and a bituminous flume on the cul-de-sac on 164th Lane. The storm sewer <br />systems drain to 3 low-lying areas located within drainage and utility easements. <br />3.5 Streets <br />3.5.1 Existing Typical Sections <br />The width of 163rd Lane, Alpaca Street, Chameleon Street, and 164th Lane is 31-feet from <br />back -of -curb to back -of -curb. The cul-de-sac on 164th Lane has a 50-foot radius to the <br />back of curb. The streets are centered within a 66-foot wide City -owned right-of-way. <br />The cul-de-sac on 164th Lane is considered temporary with possible future development <br />to the west, no record of a temporary or permanent easement has been found to <br />encompass this cul-de-sac. Therefore, the City will have to obtain a right of entry from <br />the property owners to complete the proposed work. <br />3.5.2 Maintenance History <br />The North Forty streets were originally constructed in 1989. All street segments within <br />the subdivision received crackseal and sealcoat improvements in 1998.
