Keith Kieffer, 6203 Rivlyn Street NW, Ramsey, inquired if the Council would be taking public <br />input during Case 9a. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that it is an opinion from the City Attorney and will not require action. <br /> <br />Mr. Kieffer replied that he would like to comment on the issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that he would take a couple of comments from the public during the case. <br /> <br />Ed Hamilton, 6615 Highway 10 NW, Ramsey, stated that if there is an add-on case to the <br />Council agenda then there should be a copy on the table available to the public. The other <br />concern he had has to do with snowmobiles, but now there is no snow so it was no longer an <br />issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reminded residents to follow the laws when snowmobiling if they want to keep <br />snowmobiling in the City. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve <br />the agenda as amended adding Case 9a. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Kurak.
