The property also received sketch plan approval and
was proposed to be platted as River Pines 5th Addition with 17 new single family lots and one
existing homestead.

Councilmember Anderson noted that #10 in Resolution #01-12-424 should read "will not".

City Attorney Goodrich noted that a motion should be made to amend paragraph #10 to read that
the proposed zoning amendment will not adversely impair the use or market value of any
surrounding property.

Councihnember Hendriksen inquired if that was necessary since all of the findings do not have to
be in the positive.

City Council/January 22, 2002
