2) Review and Adopt 2002 Economic Development Authority Operating Budget The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #02-02- 045 Adopting the 2002 Economic Development Authority Operating Budget, and adopt Resolution #02-02-046 Amending the 2001 Economic Development Authority Operating Budget. 3) Consider Coutracting for Computer Desktop and Network Support Services The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council authorize staff to contract with Local Government Information Systems Association (LOGIS) for computer desktop and network support services at a rate outlined in the proposal dated February 7, 2002. Motion by Councihnember Hendriksen, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to ratify the recommendations of the Finance Committee except for first recommendation for Case #1. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, and Kurak. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberZimmerman. Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt Resolution #02-02- 047 Adopting the 2002 Enterprise Fund Budgets. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, and Anderson. Voting No: CouncilmemberKurak. Absent: CouncilmemberZimmerman. MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT 1) Consent Agenda Item #6: Approve Request to Operate a Raffle at the Game Fair; Request of Isanti County Minnesota Deer Hunters Association Councilmember Anderson noted that the application was incomplete. Consensus of the Council was to pull the application for further information. 2) Consent Agenda Item #5: Approve City Council and Council Committee Meeting Minutes Councihnember Hendriksen requested that staff check the status of the January 15, 2002 work session minutes.
