2) Fire Officer Selections for Year 2002 The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council accept the Fire Chief's and City Administrator's recommendation of Fire Department Officers for 2002. 3) Consider Ending Probationary Period of Public Works Secretary The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #02-02- 043 ending probationary period for Public Works Secretary Mary Jo Warner and granting her the status of regular full-time employee effective February 6, 2002. 4) Receive Recommendations for Appointments to Planning Commission, Economic Development Authority, and Park and Recreation Commission Item was tabled. 5) Accept Resignation of Jon Pearson, Public Works Maintenance Worker The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council accept Mr. resignation and direct staff to begin the process for replacement. Case #12: Report from Finance Committee The Finance Committee met on January 22, 2002 to discuss the following cases: 1) Review and Adopt 2002 Enterprise Fund Budgets The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council, on a split vote, to adopt the resolution Adopting the 2002 Enterprise Fund Budgets and recommended unanimously to adopt Resolution #02-02-044 Amending the 2001 Enterprise Fund Budgets.
