GERALD ROOT 27 That Mr. Gerald Root, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a conditional use permit to operate an auto and lawnm~,er repair business at his home at 16208 Coquina Street N.W. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code on October 4, 1988 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference.
