A person 14 years of age or older but less then <br />18 years of age may operate a snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle on public <br />or semi-public property and on City streets as permitted under this <br />section and State Statute and may make a direct crossing of such streets <br />only if he has in his immediate possession a valid snowmobile or all- <br />terrain vehicle safety certificate issued by the Commission of Natural <br />Resources as provided by M.S.A. 84.86. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
